The manager was very helpful and very friendly. The pool was beautiful and I met some nice people from Germany and St. Lois by the pool. Shopping was right there as well. I really enjoyed my stay. clean, Quit,everything worked, friendly staff,front desk was staffed by amircans, pool was nice ,great free breakfast,lots of parking,HBO, good ice machine, coin laundry. Front desk were exceedingly polite and helpful. Room was ready when we arrived. Pool area delightul although water quite cool. Good location for getting around.

Rooms were very nice and super clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Our room, lobby,and pool area was clean and well main- tained. It was convenient to the places we went to. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Free breakfast, pool facility, location and most of all value of our stay. Big comfortable room with big comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom. Nice place for the money. Nice little pool great staff comfortable. Room had refrigerator. Internet worked well. Morning desk staff. The staff were great Lenny, Lauren, Becky to name a few. nice place, good location, reasonable I would return. the rooms were private and seemed well sound proofed. Great Friendly Staff. We were relieved to find that is was not a 2 star hotel as I had in my mind. It was quite nice & the bed was quite comfortable!!!! Nothing fancy but clean & we appreciated the micro in room. Also, the breakfast was simple but nicely done. Internet connection was great. Quick. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Large comfortable bed, large clean room and no unpleasant odors. Price. Breakfast. Bed fine. Good value if you are not fussy. desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. the price and the king size bed and it was clean. Historic downtown area and the Edison Estate. Being relatively close to the beach. Hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful. Better cleaning. Location, price. Location. I did not like the fact that I was given a room on arrival in the back annex that was a dump. Had a dog barking nonstop right across the hall. Druggies at the back door, phone did not work etc,. through "Booking on line" the price was reasonable. Morning staff was very helpful. Better cleaning. Location was great. About 20mins from airport. Lots of restaurants in area and shopping too. I like the wing joint in parking lot. Location. The hot water came and went in the shower but the last time we stayed there it was fine. Not sure what the problem was. Cannot say anything was unlikeable although when we went to shower (2 people) all we had one 1/2 bottle of shampoo. This was quickly remedied. Unidentified bugs. Stairs, I have problem with my knees, stairs are very hard to climb. There was nothing that we did not like.. We had a problem with ants one day. They didn't leave coffe on all day. The outlets in the room were very old and wouldn't hold the plug in for our chargers and curling iron. Our room was not thoroughly cleaned before or during our stay. There was a glow in the dark necklace on the floor next to the bed the day we arrived and it was still there the day we checked out. Breakfast a bit limited. nothing. Evening/check in desk staff. Breakfast could have been better. It was not up to quality of other places we have been staying. Having to climb stairs with luggage. Wi Fi was weak, not connecting on several attempts, computer at front was slow. A few things were outdated and needed fixin, but overall, it was good. there is some remedial work being done in the hotel at present. Doors to rooms not sealed very good. Could see cracks through door and it lets alot of Hallway noise in! WiFi not working too well. prices for snacks was way too high!. not good wi-fi connection. We could not get the wifi, which was very inconvenient, as we had to leave and find a Denny's to access our mail. I asked the fellow on the front desk for help, but he couldn't help. He gave us a phone number to call for help, but we were unable to reach anyone at that number. This one negative outweighed all the positives. I was told that they have Wifi and didn't. I would like a free stay as I do business in that area often. Pool not heated. Tub drain was very slow. Needs updated. Fresh paint and new carpet or tile. Heated pool. Poor breakfast selection. rear door needed repair. Housekepping took my kids bed linen and never brought it back. No elevator, we had a printer, computer, ect. We had to hump up the stairs. Need a place for smokers besides the front door. The check in girl didn't speak 10 words to us but was on the phone and spoke to those people. She wasn't hospitable. Distance from restaurants, airport and shopping. Hall carpets dirty. Bugs in bathroom light. Strong odor in room from floor tile cleaner did not go away. room smelled bad - like urine. The pool wasn't heated, no whirlpool, not enough protein for breakfast, just peanut butter would help. Staff was rude at best - hotel did not have tiki bar as advertised - for over 2 Years - also wifi did not work and pool was not heated as advertised - hotel would make no consecions on missing amenities and said they would charge Our card even if We chose to look elsewhere. There is no elevator so someone with a disability is at a disadvantage. Said it was newly renovated but looked like it was a poor job of upgrading. That if you there for 4 day no vacum or no cleaning. we have to activate the room card 4 times. Tired, needs refurbishing, strong chemical cleaner smell. Poor breackfast. Did not have my reservation on file. They down graded my room reservation. There are many other choices in the area. I liked the fact that the maintenance man Albert took pity on me and convinced the girl at the front desk to get me a new room in the main part of the hotel.He was very helpful and friendly for my entire stay and kind of smoothed things over. The carpet throughout the hotel was stained and nasty. The breakfast was very poor. They did not have any info on my reservation and I ended up being double billed. That not even one that we were the were vacum or clean no towers taken to the room my husband me had to go to the from desk to pick up towels. Young lady at front desk had an attitude problem. We asked for extra towels (only 2 in room), asked for coffee (only decaf in room), also coffee maker had the last guests coffee pack still in coffee maker, asked for two extra pillows (only 3 small on a king size bed). No extra pillows were available. We were told to follow the front desk clerk down the hall to get the towels and coffee. Now that is good customer service! Hall rugs stained and breakfast room very small for the size of the hotel. I didn't like anything. the hallways stink rooms stink. no elevator computer didn't work i could go on in on.!. Hotel was overbooked, they gave us a room with double beds, not the king that I booked and didn't even mention this. I found out when we got in the room. We stayed in the back building which was dirty with ripped carpets and no hot water and the tv was full of bad reception. Cheap price = bad deal. Never again!.
