  The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. Wifi worked well in our room. - I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

The whole hotel had a hint of the erotic which suited us very well. A little quieter and more peaceful than the beachfront hotels on Ocean drive - of course this is a trade-off from having a sea view but we considered this a better option.

  The location is perfect. Just across the street there is a restaurant (Big pink) where you can have a real breakfast, lunch and dinner. A disco across the street without hearing any noise in your room. There is another disco on the beach side a couple of houses past the starbucks. The beach is just one street behind the hotel. The place is a gem and a real delight compared to most other places in the area. The beach towels and the breakfast are a really great service.
