Friendliness of all staff. Beautiful surroundings with lush landscapes and tropical atmosphere.Nothing at all. 1) $15 pr day chg for room phone activation though it's stated all over the place they have "free-local-calls". 2)They advertise on your site and theirs each guest gets 1 free nightly cocktail at the lounge; they looked at me as though I were insane when I inquired of one. 3) "fitness Center" full of broken unsafe junk that couldn't be sold at yardsales for a $1. not a 3-star hotel!!!.
