Monique at the front desk is awesome. She remembered that we were visiting Florida for my daughter's graduation and my husband and I's Anniversary. Mylene, who works the continental breakfast during the week, is wonderful. She always made sure the breakfast choices were full and tables clean. It's quite a difference when the other gal takes her place on the weekend. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were plentiful. The location is awesome! Great place to stay for the price.
所有评语 » Close to the ocean. All staff was friendly and helpful and met a lot of nice travelers there also. We felt very pampered and will return. It is an older facility, but very well maintained and we felt comfortable there. I chose this facility for location and proximity to Deerfield Beach. Easy walk, lovely beach area, well appointed with cafes, public restrooms, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basic and clean. Friendly staff, close to my favorite beach, bfst included, clean pool & renovated rooms. Hotel is very clean, the pool area is nice, and the breakfast was very good. There was a carnival behind the hotel, kids had a great time. Location, Comfort,breakfast, subway close, shops near by. pet friendly and nice rooms. room location staff. every thing. It was what we expected: good bed and room in general. front desk staff was very fiendly. Very well located, good location. Location. Location. the location was good. They were replacing hallway carpet on the floor above us but they were very courteous to keep the noise between 9 and 5. It really wasn't that bad. Nothing!!!. Main lobby could use a little help re freshness and air quality. Carpets dirty & smelly, 20 min prior to bfst bar close no more eggs & sausage but everything else well stocked. We paid extra for the "ocean view". It's not worth it. The ocean is too far away to hear and the view was not very good. too cold. Was not able to get the room cool enough, Elevator was very slow, Vending machine poorly stocked. work on overall cleanliness. none. nothing. Needed to pay parking tax. we asked for towel service two days in A row and never got any we had to go to the desk to get them garbage was never emptied, room coffee was not replenished. Staff is confuse,,very confuse. Room had missing glass from picture, hole in carpet, old carpet, marks on wall---very worn appearance. Popcorn ceiling etc. Needs updating. The sheets were not changed, bugs in the bathroom, had to pay to park in the parking lot if you drove, the putt- putt was not as shown on the site. Falsely advertised. the hotel was just semi clean. the facility needs new carpet despertly. the drapes were filthy. the tv had barely any channels and the remote for tv was ancient,and didn't work well. i stayed in room 317 i would not stay there again or refer anyone either.
