  Good value for the money - must have been an off season rate. I should have tried the very large pool but it was not that warm for a cold dark October evening. Instead we went for a long walk all around the grounds - felt very safe. The restaurant was fairly good, but not gourmet. - Your screwball system did not make the reservation.   A wonderful historical hotel with a beautiful foyer and great staff. The bed was comfortable and the old fashion "pink" sink and bathtub were a real charm. I'm glad that Plains decided to retain the historical aspects of the hotel, while still upgrading it for safety and convenience - The History of the Hotel and all it's unique little touches.... 别人怎么说 » And its tasty restaurant.   Mansion was beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. Decor was fabulous.
