  Many things. 1St time staying at this particular hotel/resort. We arrived at the hotel and met up with friendly valet parking and the staff at the front desk. We were given an upgrade to the tower and a pleasant gift when we arrived to our room.   The item I enjoyed most was the bed - I will be purchasing one. The hotel is very elegant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, every time we interacted. I also ordered room service and the food didnt disappoint. - Very lovely boutique hotel for the price. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
