  Many things. 1St time staying at this particular hotel/resort. We arrived at the hotel and met up with friendly valet parking and the staff at the front desk. We were given an upgrade to the tower and a pleasant gift when we arrived to our room.   the room was clean every day we did not have to ask for the room to be clean and tha staff was very nice - Friendliness of staff. I got there at 1230 am and the man was still friendly and wide awake.
