Regular maid service, clean bathrooms, onsite laundry, affordable price, friendly and helpful staff. As far as motels go I thought this place was great. I've stayed at some of the other motels on the same street in the past and they were not really even in the same hemisphere as the quality of this one, I wish I had found it sooner, great value for the money. Staff were very friendly, gave good suggestions about where to go to eat. Room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was good value for the area and for the quality of hotel. You get a lot of comfort for the money. Location was good as well, very convenient as could walk to restaurants and to downtown.
所有评语 » The gentleman at the fron desk both at check and it was the same man at check out was very helpful and made the whole experience very positive. He also called to let me know that my credit card was safe at the front desk and I could pick it up in the morning. A great relief to know so quickly. This is a great place to stay for two women traveling together. It was secure, had key cards, a dead bolt lock in the room and it was quiet. The owners were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay. I would come again. This hotel is very clean and the staff were very helpful, friendly and responsive to our needs. the room was comfortable and the location makes it easy to get anywhere in Bellingham with ease and speed. Comfortable bed and chairs. We liked bringing breakfast back to our room as there wasn't much space to sit down near the food. It was fairly convenient to the events we were there to attend. Beds were good, room was quiet, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was minimal, but very adequate: juices, fruits, cereals, milk, muffins, coffee and tea. It was also very clean. Nice staff, clean room, good shower, fridge in the room, microwave, free breakfast, wifi in the room. Overall wonderful experience. It is home away from home. I loved it. Everyone we met was just wonderful - calm and accomodating. The room was spotless. The "continental breakfast" was a huge surprise and delightful. Wifi was fast. Great location for a visit to Bellingham, basic, clean, large room. The breakfast option is pretty minimal but for the price what do you expect!!. This hotel is right off the freeway. It is celan, relatively quite and the price is very affordable if you just need a place to sleep. It was clean, the food was simple, but tasty! This is very bare bones - but for what we needed, it was fine. The wifi and flat screen tv worked well. We booked our room last minute and got a good price under the circumstances. I would have liked the room to me more handicapped excessible like not having to step over the tub to get into the shower and for the toilette to be higher. Nothing!. The breakfast was rather disappointing, but fair for the price of our room, etc. Not a part of town you want to walk around in after dark, but the Inn itself felt very safe and had good security features. Our room was right next to the elevator. We were all settled before we realized. I would have asked to move a bit away from that corner if I hadn't already settled in. Not a lot of amenities (nor ironor ironing board, no hair dryer, no couch or chair, etc.) However, I was traveling for business and just needed a place to sleep, so these minor things are not that big of a deal. lounge area in lobby that serves as seating in breakfast "room" was crowded and not a comfortable place to eat. Also edge of rug was curled and a continual trip hazard. Need a better dispenser for the milk!. Breakfast was skimpy but the money saved on Room you could afford to go eat else where if wanted. Somewhat downscale area. Breakfast has very few offerings. The breakfast nook was limited in space to be able to sit so in my case standing was the only option...perhaps several high tables with no seats would be a better option for the space they have!. The breakfast wasn't worth anything. Except for the coffee, which we took with our own cream. Beds were way to soft. Bedding. Could have been newer. Had a problem with TV and cable and a poor breakfast, your next question 5 would yes only for price. Breakfast is skimpy. Continental breakfast could have been better and it would be nice to have an eating area to eat in. We can' t think of a single complaint. Was expecting more choice for breakfast...brown bananas, two cereal selections, couple muffins cut into four that were kinda dried out. Didn't notice any coffee. Close to a highway. Thin walls, stained blanket. Breakfast area too small, not much to choose from compared with other motels/ motor inns. kids running around upstair above us, making alot of noises after 11 pm, next time we will book a room upstair instead ground floor. Internet brutal at best. room dark bad bed sheets morning breakfast poor no cooffee. there were noises coming from the bathroom wall during the night that woke me up. it was the wall where the toilet is. i had to close the bathroom door which helped a little. No coffee maker, the fridge (which I was very happy to see) was not turned on and took a long time to cool our beverages, very, very basic amenities. The room was not well maintained. A mirror was of the wall, the carpet was dirty, and our spa tub-an otherwise great addition-had some jets inoperable. Parking was too cramped. My car got bumped and a mark on rear bumper and a "ding" on door. Bed was not very good. TV wouldn't work at times. Carpet needed replaced. The rug needed to be vaccumed.
