We loved the apartment-style timeshare feel of this place. It looked, smelled and felt like nobody had ever stayed in our unit before. The two bedrooms with king beds, two full baths, kitchen, living room and patio were perfect for us 4 adults. We also loved that it had a washer/dryer in the unit and that it is located just down the street from the Biltmore entrance. The workout room was very nice, although hard to find, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to all of our friends.
所有评语 » Beautiful old town and downtown area. Hotel is in a wonderful location very near to both and down the street from the Biltmore Estate. The 1-bedroom condo was very clean, upscale décor at a reasonable price with a comfortable bed! I will be returning in the near future. And it was pet friendly :). This was a great "find!" Essentially it was a two bedroom apartment, providing space, comfort & convenience for our group of friends. Sharing the cost gave us a real bang for our buck! The setting was lovely and easily accessible to everything. Would definitely return. The large rooms or the fact that all the rooms were suites. Traveling with teens, that's important to us. The fire place was nice since it was 50 degrees and raining. The hot tub was perfect and in a very peaceful setting. Beds were very comfy. What a great hotel. Loved the mattress, bath, fireplace and view. It was easy to roll our bags to our room. Staff was helpful in providing directions and recommendations. Just sorry we were only staying one nite!. Rooms are very comfortable- great gas fireplace to warm the room and first class amenities like robes, flat screen tvs, etc. fully furnished kitchen and soaking tub a plus. Great wine shop across the street!. I liked everything about the place. It was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but we could gather in the living room and kitchen in the evening and the morning and be together. The facilities were outstanding. As we did some business the suite allowed for part of the party to work while the others relaxed. The 2 bed and 2 bath arrangement worked very well. Very convenient to the Biltmore, totally supplied for all our needs, the staff went above and beyond, having the separate bedrooms made bedtime and naptime a breeze with our toddler. Loved the roomy accommodations. Beautiful decor and very clean. Fantastic location close to the Biltmore Estate. Far better than staying in a hotel. Great stay. Comfort and value for the family. Very clean with all the amenities needed for the family. Close to all attractions in Asheville. Beautiful place.....EXCEEDED our expectations!! We finally gave up and used the hot spot on my phone. The only thing that I can think of that I didn't like is that at one point our daughter wanted a snack and she couldn't find a vending machine...other than that everything was wonderful!. You don't allow smoking on the balconies. Can be a little noisy-- unless you're on top floor, you can hear people walking above you. Also wish there were black out shades over the shutters in the bedroom. Most of the staff were not particularly friendly, but the two people who specifically helped us check in and out were fine. Since we could be a little more computer literate it would have been helpful it there had been instructions for operating the room phone and refrigerator ice maker. The only minor complaint was that the floors were dirty. Upon arrival our socks were filthy which made me a little uneasy but overall I felt it was very clean. Direct TV was awful. If you tried to change the channel, the connection was off for about 30 seconds or more... Hate Direct TV. Nothing. Will recommend to everyone. Please put detergent for 1 laundry with washingmachine It s a pity that the second bedroom has one queen. If you are traveling with children two singles or queens would be better. We used the sofabed in the livingroom. Easy to use, but not really comfy. We could hear the people walk around above us--insulation could be better. Also my wife would like one full length mirror but there was none. We were beside the exercise room and could hear alot of that on Sunday morning. Also, could hear alot of noise above our room. But it was all okay. The concrete stairwells. Needed aesthetic treatment. Bit expensive for what it was. We thought we were booking The Inn at Biltmore which is on the actual estate while the Residences was some miles away in Biltmore Village! our mistake!. The only thing was a very late check-in time - 4pm. It didn't allow us to get in the hotel for an early afternoon nap after traveling all day. But even that was understandable - it wouldn't deter us from staying again. nothing. Not a thing. Fake fireplace was a disappointment, but that was the only thing and I learned that the bigger rooms have gas fired ones, so will know next time! Great though!. Really slow wi-fi. The window blinds didn't block out the streetlights at night. zero. All was good. nothing in particular. where the shower door closes, there is a 1/4 " gap at the henges that allows water to escape to the floor. Some kind of flap would eliminate this. No continental breakfast or vending machines. The desk staff checking us in could have been a bit friendlier and helpful. Patio facing parking lot at same level. Washer and dryer were hard to figure out. The television in the living room area did not function correctly. Found a quart of old milk(?) In bathroom cabinet..yuck. Check in girl needed to brush up on her customer service to customers. Nothing!. Floor was sticky in kitchen, one of the toilet tanks was leaking, the bed were hard, one bedroom door wouldn't close right. Noise from neighboring units and hallway. Paper thin walls to adjoining rooms. Transporting luggage to and from room was not easy. Pillows hard. A/C comes on with a loud rushing sound-not subtle in background. Too little soap in bathroom. Thought I would have washer/dryer but didn't, no coffee filters in kitchen.
