Truly Extra Special experience from an Awesome Indescribable Point of view! I tookmy wife up for her birthday and Valentines combo getaway. We were blown away in awe of the entire time! The staff was well attentive to any and all needs! The architecture, inone word,...WOW, is nothing short of Phenomenally unique! You'll honestley be sweeped away totally captivated by all the detail in artwork, Tapestries, and designs from every point! The location couldn't be any better; just across the entrenc.
所有评语 » The décor. Room service was professional, friendly, and excellent. Location to Biltmore (our destination). Quality of room service food was wonderful-it made me reconsider eating elsewhere and including the hotel in my meal plans. Starbucks coffee and tea in room. Lobby décor, uniqueness of hotel-made me feel like I was home instead of at a hotel. I will definitely stay again when in that area. Loved the large oversized tub in the suite. Right across the street from the entrance to Biltmore. The Red Stag Grill was excellent. Stag was very nice and accommodating. Would stay again for sure. Nice hot cider in lobby. They even loaned us an umbrella for the day when it was raining. It was extremely comfortable, well decorated, and well located. Staff was excellent !! Red stagg restaurant was outstanding. Great menus and well prepared. Concierges were very knowledgeable and helpful. Look forward to staying here again. Location was fantastic. The hotel details like the large fireplace in the lobby were nice. Hot apple cidar was a nice touch during the day an hot chocolate at night. Room was great too. Location was the best part. Valet service was wonderful and the comfort and luxury of the rooms was wonderful. Staff was very professional and friendly. Thank you for all the TLC!!. Hotel was wonderful from driving into the motor court, bellman taking the baggage, check-in, room, dinner, bellman at checkout and checkout. The location, rooms with spa tubs-very comfortable and the fireplace in the lobby is beautiful and welcoming. Clean room, excellent staff, location convenient to the Biltmore House. Very comfortable bed. What's not to like!. The hostess in the dining room was rude and short. The bath bubble was equivalent to dollar store quality-you might try Aveda products, etc. in room. Fruit in lobby (apples) almost bad. I felt like i was run out of the bar area after our first glass of wine and pretzels. We were not given an opportunity to even order another order of drinks. Prices were steep but still competitive with other similar venues. Very perfect for our 30 year anniversary. There was not an indication of checkout time in the room thst I found. Not a problem just a concern. N/a. No bathroom door, ice maker outside room too loud, room way to small for the price. There was nothing we didn't like. Parking charge. Nothing. The room was very small for $250 per night. We expected a larger room. Expensive, with unjustifiable 15$/day "valet" parking (in fact simply a fee for parking one's car on the property. A very unusual decor, "pseudo German/Bohemian" and ostensibly mimicking a hunting lodge surrounds the guest. Skeleton staffing at night makes a long wait for services to be expected. Far from equal to the accommodations at Grove Park resort, 20 min away, similar in price. Room small w/no place to sit and relax. Having to stay in another building, only curtains between bedroom and bath. Charging us for leaving early. Very noisy room ( n°21) ( outside traffic, tv from room next doors, ice machine, etc..).
