John at the front desk was the most amazingly helpful and pleasant person that I dealt with during my two week stay in the USA!!! I would recommend the Hilton Anaheim to friends and family just because he was so great to deal with. My room was also lovely, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was bright, efficient, cheerful and welcoming. Thanks, Sue.

We liked it that it wasn't far from Disney world. Close to a lot of takeaway stores. Outlets weren't to far. Staff were very freindly. Secured parking was good. Room service deserts are amazing. Need to try the burgers from the restaurant mmm. King suite with the Disney view is beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't wake up. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and very modern looking. Thr gym is huge with lots of classes. Buffet is excellent. The pool area is very decadent and perfect for families and lounging. For what we paid per night, it was overall good. Quick walking distant to Disneyland. Only cost us around $10.00 in a Taxi to get to a pretty good shopping place, in which the locals call the 'Block' but it's proper name is The Outlet, they have a good variety of shops. Our room had a great view of Disneyland and later in the evening my children enjoyed Disney's firework show from the comfort of our room! It's great to have the Anaheim Hilton within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland!. -The bed and pillows were so comfy. -Our room was clean and quiet; how nice! -The pool was a pleasant temperature. -All staff at 'Mix' were fabulous, professional, and kind. And...they accommodated our vegan lifestyle with ease and understanding. the staff was very pleasant and very helpful the hotel was clean and quiet i will defentaily stay here again .they are family and children friendley they even had a water park for the kids it was very awsome. me and my family loved our vacation. My daughter had a cheer competition at the convention center and it was extremely helpful that the Hilton was so close. It was also helpful to be able to eat at the food court when we needed something quick. Mix was an excellent restaurant. What I liked most about the Hilton was the customer friendly experience. From valet, to concierge, all the way to the luggage handler (very awesome guy), overall, all of them were gave above and beyond customer service. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. Not the far to Disney parks. Staff were very helpful. The housekeeping staff were efficient and amazing. Great facilities. Would definately recommend!. I like its location only 15 mins walking from Disneyland and only 5 mins from nice restaurants and some of them opens 24h. Also they have a really good pool for children. Awesome Hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. close proximity to the conference center; staff extremely helpful and friendly; the room was great and the bed was extremely comfortable (I actually slept which I rarely do when travelling). The rooms were excellent, the shower head was AWESOME, and the staff was wonderful. There was a Starbucks right down stairs, and lots of restaurants both in the Hotel and nearby. The staff was fantastic, felt very welcome, and they were Very helpful, the pool was great and our room was great, right by the pool, beds very comfortable, no complaints. It was a beautiful hotel and everyone was very nice. They had a big buffet restaurant which was very yummy. I also loved the bed and pillows! I could have slept all day. Although the Hilton does accomodate the affluent this one had several inexpensive and good fast food restaurants. They really came in handy while conventioneering. Beds were very comfortable and room quite spacious. Hotel staff were helpful. The hotel was in walking distance of Disneyland and nearby local restaurants. At check in every thing was correct. We had upgraded to a Disney view and enjoyed the park lights at night. Great location. Short walk to the Disney resort. Our intial room was right beside a service elevator which was noisy, they moved us without any hassles to to better room. The beds were ridiculously comfortable. Best sleep we've had in years. Shower head had great water pressure too because we hate faucets that are weak. I like that it was close to Disneyland and the bar was open late as well as the kitchen. The hotel was clean and housekeeping staff was very friendly. Located near Disneyland. You can walk or take the Disney Parking lot shuttle from 2 blocks away. Our 3rd stay at this hotel. I would stay here again. good clean hotel with good facilities in great location - 10 minutes walk to Disney. Lots of places to eat nearby if you don't want to stay in hotel. The location is excellent for going to Disney. There is a $2.50 a day shuttle available and takes about 5 minutes. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location was great! The room was clean. The only small negative was not being told that the Shuttle back from South Coast Plaza would take over an hour and a half to get back to the Hotel on a Friday evening. The Concierge / Super Shuttle lady told me it took half an hour, so I had limited time to get to the Airport. No Free wifi but still cheap $12 a day which was good because it would cost more money to call Someone international. If you intend to use Wifi, note that they charge per device E.G. mobile, computer etc... No fridge to store your drinks. -The additional fee to use the health club facilities was unexpected and excessive. Perhaps if it were less, we would have considered using it each day. Pool closes too early. Check in/out was a little too slow. Don't have any complaints. Not close enough to disneyland, paying for a shuttle, paying for parking, line at Starbucks (we didn't know we would be there during wonder con). No complaints. The bed in our room, 9-136, was becoming worn out and had some sags and low spots, but it was not uncomfortable. Outside pool was small although there was a good water play area for smaller children. The spa area looked nice but there was a charge of $9 pp for using inside swimming pool and spa or $14 for using all facilities which we didn't realise as in UK these facilities are usually complementary. The bathroom is small and there is no plug by a mirror in the bedroom so it was hard to get hair and makeup done since there was three of us staying in the room. Also the bathroom door slides and I smashed my finger in it so beware. The movies were over priced for what you get. The tv channels were just not that good. I wish they had a more affordable breakfast offering, we ate there several times and it was good but expensive. I didn't like that upon check the front desk person tried charging my credit card for $2000.00 instead of $650.00. I gave her the itenrary and she didn't even looked at it. After 25 minutes checking in her manager fixed the nightly rate and she couldn't even offer an apology. Not very customer orientated. The lifts are slow at peak times; parking is $16 a day. The water tasted like ocean water, which was unfortunate considering the only other option was a $4 bottle on the TV stand. I was also unpleasantly surprised to find that I had to pay $16 to park overnight. As a guest at the hotel, you'd think I could park there for free. The elevators became busy at times and the doors closed very fast. I think the beauty rooms do go with a refurbishment. I would have preferred to have the breakfast be a self-help set up instead of having a waitress. No free wifi. Parking. Carpets in the hall. No free Wi Fi. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room which forced us to use a cooler and eat all of our meals out. The fitness center charged an additional fee, which was not stated in the description of the hotel and although we were right next to Disneyland-the television did not have the Disney channel. Paying extra for parking. No shuttle to Disneyland. It was quite a long walk to Disneyland. A parking charge of $16 per day. Cheaper than the Disneyland parking at $20 per day. The bathtub drain was very slow. No free wifi in rooms Expensive Bfast Starbucks the only choice and has an outrageous line every morning No free shuttle bus to Disneyland. We did not get the room I reserved however they more than compensated for it with discounts and complimentary valet and breakfast. Charges for internet access. I stayed at three other hotels during the week, two in Oregon, one in San Diego country and none of them charged for internet access. The carpet was stained REALLY bad. Other than that everything was great. nothing. Some rooms are a hike from the lift - thankfully we were able to move to a closer room. All the hidden fees and service tax of $5 a day housekeeping is slow at bringing anything. Rooms should be ready at 2 not 4pm. The gym fee, I was not aware of this until me and my sons wanted to use the facility and there was a cost to pay, so we did not use and walked/jogged around the area instead. Also, not ice box in the room.
