I loved everything about this resort! As soon as I stepped out of the
elevator and took a deep breath, I knew I was going to enjoy my stay and
be comfortable. I work in a sterile part of a hospital and the smell of
the hotel was sooo clean! That's how I judge a hotel's
cleanliness. The room was the same, clean. We had excellent maid service
the whole time we were there. She would display our son's newly
acquired stuffed toy on his bed. It was a wonderful surprise and an

Overall, I thought the location was good. It was less than a ten minute
walk with a stroller. We were next to a 7/11 in case we forgot
something. The staff upgraded us to a suite which was nice. I liked
having a fridge and microwave. I also enjoyed the parking, and wi-fi
being no additional cost. In addition, the breakfast was nice all the
basics but one less expense that I didn't have to worry about.
I really liked the really closer that Disney Parks are located.
You can see from the Room windows all the fireworks plus a couple of attractions.
We went to the park in a beatiful walk every day!!.
Also, the breakfast is very good.
The rooms are very clean and with appliances to make wherever you need for your kids. Also there are convenience restaurants across street.

The Room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, they upgraded us, and accommodated all our needs. Great with two small children. Would recommend & we would stay here again, The hot breakfast was awesome!!!.
There's a swimming pool in it,but we have no time to use. Seems good. The receptionist is very friendly, he told us that adventure is more interesting than the disneyland. And we arrived the hotel late,they upgrade the room for us,very nice.
A very well appointed hotel and excellent price. Well located for Disneyland and ideal for a family. One of the few hotels in California that has the right configuration (double bed plus two singles) for a family with two teenage children.
Everything was great. 10 minutes stroller walk to Disneyland. 7-11 on
the corner. A supermarket around the corner. Breakfast excellent. Rooms
big. Pool warm. Jacuzzi hot enough to calm those feet after 12 hours
walking @ Disneyland.
Got upgraded to a better room with a separate living room facing
Disney. Conveniently located within a 10 minute walk to the main gates.

Overall a good hotel.
They serve a great breakfast each morning on the top floor with seating both inside and out. They keep large containers of icewater with sliced lemons, sliced oranges, or sliced strawberrings in it on hand in the lobby.
Free buffet breakfast was good - had lots of variety for all tastes.
There were people always cleaning up and replenishing the food. Suite
was very roomy and quiet, close to Convention Center. Free parking.
Great proximity to Disneyland--free parking and free wi-fi. The double
room suite is awesome. 4 queen beds with 2 bathrooms is the middle
really worked with our party of 6.

Breakfast restaurant too crowded at times, not enough food but this only
happened once.
Free continental breakfast was one of the main reasons we booked this
hotel and I was disappointed with it. The food selection would have been
fine if they could keep it all stocked. They were constantly running out
of food and the area was not cleaned. Very loud and messy.
The king bed we slept on was too firm for me since I am used to sleeping on a mattress at home that has a body conforming foam piece on top from Costco.
Suite is somewhat dated. We couldn't get credit for breakfast on the
day we checked out when we had to leave at 4:30am.
Our room had a foul smell of urine. The hotel was booked and they could
not move us but they did give us 50% off the room rate and sprayed the
room with a citrus scent. We were there for just the night so it was ok.
We would stay again for the layout of the room and ease of access to the
park. Nice staff and free Wifi.

Staff sold us a shuttle service the hotel must get money from which was absolutely useless! Hotel is right near public buses and should be used as they are much cheaper. Complained to manager but had no response.

The staff at the front desk does not seem helpful. I asked for shuttle reservation to the airport. The staff told me I had to reserve by myself. Though they recommended a shuttle company for me, the shuttle arrived half hour later. Due to the rush hour in the morning, we almost missed our flight.
I wish there was a small table and chairs in the room.

Location of the room was terrible. When we opened our blinds we were
looking at the backside of a wall - no sunlight. Bathroom needs a vanity
- no room to get ready in the bathroom. No Mirror in the room where one
could sit down and get ready - long mirror was next to door - could not
do hair, makeup etc. I do not like the fact that you have to pay a
resort fee if you are there for another reason. Did not realize there
was this 9.95 fee per day when booking the room.
Deposit of $20 not refunded until week after stay. I will have to track
this. Our room was below the kitchen and was awakened at 4:30 am by
carts rolling over the tile on the floor above. Fire alarm went off at
3:30 am, three times. House keeping came knocking on our room at 8:55 am
on the day of our scheduled check out. Creepy guys hanging out in garage
next to our vehicle talking to security when we were leaving.
