I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor

1) They were able to check us in 2 hrs. early, 2) friendly staff 3) met our maid and she even supplied us with rags to clean the car windows when she saw us struggling with napkins 4) clean, comfortable room 5) free WIFI and HBO (yay). visiting the studios. Warner brothers was 2 blocks away, Universal was

recently were so accommodating and interested in making our stay all
come together. They know who they are, thanks. The walk up to the

The room was like a studio apartment, not what we were expecting at all. The bathroom was huge and we especially liked the waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and the parking was undercover and conveniently located. Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.
