The staff was extremely nice imformative and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The product used for soaps in the room was wonderful and the bed was to die for, very confortable. very convenientn near the airport and to downtown. easy to get around the area with lots of car rentals to choose from. the rooms were clean and the staff helpful. The rooms were very well organized and comfortable. It had a nice texture of the modern look. Parking was not a problem.

Nice hotel. location for what I needed The Daily grill did a great job for my mother's funeral reception, staff was kind and food what good!. the women ( office manager) who listen to me very carefully when I complained. Breakfast menu and service was excellent. The 19.00 manditory self parking fee. Its worth it to pay the vallet an extra 8 bucks to park for you, he was a very nice guy. Also the 12.95 price for wifi to one's room. Come on, its not 2005 anymore, most hotels offer free wireless for their guests. However the confort of the beds and helpful attentive staff more than made up for these things. no fridge in the room. had to be on a waiting list for a fridge which we weren't able to get for our stay of over one week. and the a/c in the room wasn't consistent it will be on but the room wasn't cold. The only concern I had was the employee told me the amount owed which was $224 but then he gave me an invoice when I paid with cash and credit card of a lessor amount of $197. It seems the employee needs more education in charging a customer. Would I go back, maybe not. The extra parking charges. No fridge .held $50.00 extra from my visa card without letting me know. Paid for 3 guests but the room was only set up for 2. The cost of self park was $18!! I think if you are a guest it should be included in the cost of the room. Went to the restaurant for dinner and the cheapest thing on menu was $35. Went to buy a candy bar in gift shop and it was $2.99!! I won't stay here again. During registration I was told that there is a shuttle to downtown Burbank; when I enquire to get on it I found out that it's not an easy process to get on it. Be more cautious of how this shuttle is advertised. no fridge or microwave no coffee in lobby set up for utilizing internet, credit card for writing a word document and printing a page. It felt like a strip down automobile, the shell is nice but no extras also the restaurant prices for sandwiches, eggs, normal meals were very expensive. The room was very cold, and you could not get that fan off. Reception staff was not friendly, they gave us a room very close to the elevator, it was very noisy. Price quoted for stay was not what I was charged!!! Was the most expensive place in the US I stayed at but the only one that did not have complementary wifi included. parking was expensive and internet was an additional fee.
