I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. but we expected that. The pool was a refreshing break after a long day
visiting the studios. Warner brothers was 2 blocks away, Universal was
a 10 min drive. Mexican restaurant next door was fantastic. Free
