  I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff.   Room was very clean & the bed was really comfortable. Huge vanity in the bathroom. Free parking that felt safe. The neighborhood isn't nearly as bad as other reviews (& satellite photos on Google Maps) led us to be - Great hotel with internal parking (at any time, even in the night). Another plus is the breakfast, very good with many options from waffles and muffins to fruits and yogurt, juices, coffee, just great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, good customer service! The room was very clean, confortable, and with all amenities (good air conditioner, fridge, lcd tv, a safe, etc.); this was a king room.

  We love the friendly atmosphere and the references to early Hollywood films and actors! The staff were all friendly and very responsive to our needs and requests. When we needed anything, such as a bathmat or the sink unclogged, they were there immediately!
