  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... 别人怎么说 » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

  The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The WiFi is excellent but not free (35 AED a day). The hotel offers room services such as breakfast, laundry. The apartment is clean and comfortable - It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful.
