The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The WiFi is excellent but not free (35 AED a day). The hotel offers room services such as breakfast, laundry. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful. The wifi is available in the room which is good but it will be better if not chargeable. Good staff specially the Moroccan receptionist in the morning shift she is polite and knows how to deal with the guest.

I like the cleaness of the flat and the immidate response by the staff. room cleanliness & comfort makes me pleasant stay in the hotel. No more worries of parking, hotel staff takes care of your car. I like the professionalism of staff and the hospitality. Quite and well design for family with warm staff. Staff behaviour and assistance was quite good. Location,cleanliness,staff. I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and I took 2 bedroom apartment the check in was really fast and they didn’t ask for any copy of booking confirmation. I always worried about car parking when I book any hotel through letsbookhotel.com except this hotel they do care about your car and the park for you which is excellent. Also the staff are really nice and friendly well done. We have stayed on two beds apartment; Positive points; 1.Living room is big 2.kitchen has the necessary to cook 3. Good location 4. Budget freindly. I have liked the furnish and size of room as well. it is cheep comparing with other hotel. Good hospitability of the staffs. apartment furniture and kechane. reasonable price. we booked for two nights but ended up staying only one night because the hotel was not up to our expectations. However, The staff was really friendly and really made an effort to give us everything we asked for (extra bulbs, bathroom slippers, extra towels, wall adapters). wifi was free and excellent strength in lobby. there was open wifi with weak strength in unit but i was able to use whatsapp but not anything else. this was very useful. even though there were certain problems with the hotel . Free valet parking Free wifi in the lobby. Nothing. Nothing. Care parking is difficult. but you can can hand them the key and they will take care of parking your car. In addition, the coordinates mentioned in letsbookhotel.com is not very accurate. The hotel is not registered in the Navigation Map as well. And the big confusion is the name of the hotel, the name in English is translated to Arabic and this is wrong.It should be the same (Pangulf and in Arabic بان جلف) or the vise verse. I booked 2 bedroom apartment, one of the 2 rooms was very small. The other thing that the 2 toilets were outside the rooms not inside, and only one of the can be used for shower. Wifi rate is quiete high and one bathroom doesnt have an option to take shower if they can fit the same. I had to remind everyday morning for towels and toiletries. Sometime difficult to find suitable parking near the hotel but just give a small effort to get it. Pricr of resturant food is expensive. rooms require proper maintenance. No wifi in the rooms. Parking unavailable late at night but staff will take your car and take care. لا يوجد. Nothink. I didn’t like the bathroom because it is really old and not fully clean also the furniture because they are old and not clean specially the sofa but in general worth for money as I was most of my time outside the hotel. Negative points; 1.Rooms are little old and small 2. Main room AC is not ok. There was no wifi during my stay. too much bugs and small cockroach. 1) No parkings. 2) No room services. 3) Below average over all. I won't be going there any more. No wifi No parking. bit smelly. very little cutlery in the kitchen. limited toiletries. They did not clean the glasses or dishes and they did not shampoo daily. Need to be more on cleaning & to have new the beds. location was very hard to find even by car. located between buildings. really bad smell all throughout the building. (smell of curry and spice) asked staff for air refreshner, they gave us oven cleaner spray lighting is too dim in the unit. water leak in washroom and not draining properly in sink in washroom. valet parking parked too close to the curb which damaged our tires. furniture in unit was not best quality (a little bit torn and marks in some places). Washrooms leaked TV not working. Nothing. Everything, Specially the attitude of the front desk staff. No parking space and so called valet parking is hopeless. I got parking fine while the car was with valet and front desk staff misbehaved when I found out myself. Everyday I had to clean my car due to parking in dirty neighborhood. I am totally disappointed. I wonder if letsbookhotel.com is going to do something about it. smell is bad no electricity / AC if you are not inside the room.
