Oh Richmond Hotel Apartments Staffs are Excellent especially the mg Mr Surajit is a great man that conduct the staff very well and he know is work and understand the hotel work the mg attend to every one in a good way and make customer comfortable i will always come back there and tell my other business partners to visit and stay there during their business in Dubai. Filipino staff is amazing they really know the meaning of hospitality and thats the main reason why I came back to richmond hotel. Your staff proactively offer solutions to me to be comfortable and worry free during my stay in dubai.They really make you feel improtant and give you value for your money..
所有评语 » The location was nice and the rooms were quite reasonable for the price offered. The cleaning staff came everyday to clean the room. A nice place to stay in. Location was great. Very close to Downtown Dubai. Transport links were very good. Apartments were well equipped. The staff were amazing...Got an upgrade as i have stayed there for a couple of times. Very Kind staff indeed.. Great location, very large rooms and good maintenance. Above all great Value for money..rather its a steal. Accessibility to road networks, well equipped and spacious rooms.A very serene environment in all. Everyday of my stay was a memorable one... enjoyed my holiday.... Great rooms & very clean.. The rates are afordable througout the year.Good hotel apartments. I like the fact that it was homely , it was a big apartment too. Rates were cheap.. Within city limits.. Big decent room size.. it was clean, peace full area, staff was so coprative. Everything was good except the Wifi Connectivity. It's near to public road and its so easy to find. They were warm and friendly. Value for money. location, quiet, helpful staff, clean. I like the good price and location. They provide us with first aid. They have a friendly staff. Not crowded. -Location in general + it's about 10 min. walk to the metro station. - the apartment is spacious with all needed house holds. - they gave me an early check-in. availability of several basic necessities like washing machine,toaster, microwave, pressin iron, hot plate infact just about everything u need in a home. The location and nearness to my requirement to maritime city and also other places are nearby. Dubai itself is very nice, a melting pot of different cultures from Africa, Asia and the subcontinents, Americas and Europe. Beautiful architecture and moving about on public transport was relative easy. The staff was competent, helpful and friendly. I really felt welcome. A normal quiet apartment to relax after a day out. Cheap Hotel , but not up to the standards. Sorry to say. this hotel is not clean . Location is good. Price is reasonable. Big rooms,ample parking. The location was good. supermarket near by. location and fair. Nothing was good. nothing good. Size of room. Location. Location. there is nothing i don't like they are great. The television..It only have 4 channels and I can only watched one channel plus the remote control is not working properly..The water is very hot and water flow is poor.. The food at the hotel restaurant wasn't good at all and it was very over priced. Sadly, my brother became a victim of bed bugs on the first night. The staff and management made every effort to apologise and immediately upgraded our accommodation. Unfortunately, this is something that shouldn't have happened at all as the brother was greatly inconvenienced and struggled to enjoy his holiday. service which could be slow at times. Wifi was restricted to one user per room. Front desk administrative staff should be more customer centric and warm. Staff hospitality could have been better, Restaurant / Room - Service needs improvement. I was served food 2 hours later from my order.. Nothing. I did not hate anything about the place. I was just a bit upset with one of their famale receptionist , she was horrible and will always talk over you when you are trying to explain things . But the manager was such a lovely man. Bathrooms could have been better..( could have been cleaner, with more amenities - soap, shampoo, toilet rolls were missing when we moved in) Pest control should be done more often as we felt irritation when we slept..it was fine the next day as they changed the sheets... bath slipers were not available, shower was not working properly, tooth brush and paste were also not available. Wifi Connectivity was bad. nothing. N/A. The knocking on the door in every single morning asking for room cleaning which made us uncomfortable during our resting time. They should have don't disturb badge. No good tv and internet. - the furniture is a bit old. - wifi is very poor. - the gym was on maintenance. The food choice and TV channels choice is limited.It would be nicer if this is taken care off. * internet was very poor. * cooling system was not fine. Unfortunately their lists / elevators remained out of service couple times or more during one week stay but at the end, issue was fixed by the management. There was no complimentary break fast. No complimentary news paper. Food items were limited & bit costly as compared with peer group hotels. Room was dirty, bathroom was wet. long time to check in - room wasn't ready. Wifi could be free. Some men at the reception are not friendly. noisy no breakfast included. This hotel was just average on all aspect, except for being a bit cheap and for its location. It is preferable to pay a little more and stay in a better hotel which have better facilities and are located with in 300 mtrs radius. Reception is very hostile. service at the hotel wasn't much to be desired. On my first night, there was no towels in the room. There was a leak in the bathroom and upon pointing it out nothing was done about. On booking the hotel, the description said Wi-Fi was included and free, in reality it was a bit hit and miss. would have preferred to pay for internet and get a good service than not pay and get little or no Wi-Fi service. I didn't complete my stay and had switch hotels halfway through. The Facility is very old. For instance they still use an actual key to open the hotel rooms---something that has not existed in many places since the early 1990'S. But, I must say----I got what I paid for. I wasn't given the apartment I booked it was much smaller No wifi in apartment No good tv channels Toilet taps were leaking but staff didn't care. Elevators are always off. No daily towels . no free internet , as promised . Staff needs extensive training on hospitality ...etc.. Cleanliness was horrible. Dirty bedsheets. Smelly rooms. Old TV with ZERO Channels. Door was broken,old furniture,traffic noise,. The staff at the reception ( with beard) , absolutely no manners. Never smiled or bothered to explain anything. Inspite of booking a room with balcony, we were given one without balcony . They could not offer us extra glasses ,and so gave us wine glasses. None of the spa facilities were functioning. Only one lift worked for 5 days. letsbookhotel.com mentioned about a shuttle bus , which was not provided by the hotel . there was bed bugs and when i told them about it the didn't even apologized. staf service at reception. No service no room space and online they give some other pics and real nothing was there I dont want any more this hotel. The person check me in dirty room first, and he is playing very loud music in lobby indian music. this is hotel or club. stay was very bad . Facilities Old smelly beddings High prices Far from airport Bad service. Not clean in room. Apartment from inside needs maintinanace , it is not properly maintained. Tv Not working No fridge No Microwave. No fridge no oven no water noisy tv old shower weak and damaged pool.
