The hotel is situated at an exclusive reserved area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I just love it and the swimming pool and the gym were nicely presented. The hotel is away from crowdy area. Spacious, well furnished, internet, washing machine and a balcony to dry the clothes, quiet, peaceful area, close to grocery stores and mosque, if only they also offered break-fast :-).

The location of hotel is good with parking provision, AC was working quite well and room was spacious. Close to a mosque, in a quiet part of bur dubai, central location, easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. very friendly staff, clean, spacious, good value for money. Very good staff and very good value for money. Personal always nice, rooms clean, central. very nice hotel clean good service. Friendly & courteous staff. its very quite and peaceful... staff is very cooperative. Everything is Perfect!. Even though I booked a studio, I got placed in a large room with kitchen and living room. Walking distance to a mosque, efficient staff esp front desk, very quiet and peaceful. Staff was courteous our arrival was early at 10 in the morning and they checked in us. Price was ok included free Internet; it is clean and was no bad smell there. Location close to down town Bur Dubai and tp the airport. Friendly staff. comfortable enough for the family, you can cook, a home away from home. The staffs, the enviroment, the apartments too. Staffs were very helping and nice. Hotel Room was good & clean. Silance & relaxation. Price was good. Really cannot think of anything!. nothing. Nothing. The room was spacious and the hotel was conveniently located. I didn't like anything. Absolute rubbish,. Nothing really!. Room Size. nothing. It was value for the money, i hardly dislike anything about the hotel and i have already recommend it to friends and family. The covered parking space was short and not very convenient but it was still ok. I had to follow-up a bit to get the washing machine installed but then I guess I could have mentioned it when I booked. It takes us 30 mins to boil water from thr hot plate, only 1 is working, limited channels on TV. rest were ok. The flow of shower was less...didn't enjoy the shower. No restaurant in the hotel, not super close to a metro station, cannot book for longer stays unless it is a one bed or bigger room, not a lot of studio rooms. the noise at night, no sound proof walls,. Bathroom were not well maintained. Drains pipes were clogged and we had to wait for the water to drain at the wash basin. Nothing in the kitchen donno who took all spoons and knifes and all .... The room service (cleaning etc) was a bit lax as repeated reminders were required to cut down the response time. No Complains!. tv was too old. mini bar was always empty. letsbookhotel.com stated there was free wifi, which was a big reason I chose to stay here. but when I arrived I was informed i'd have to pay up to 45 dirhams (+12 usd) a day for internet access!. Gym was not functional for my entire 3 week stay, "closed for maintenance" and no one was working on it. It is a convenient thing to say when some equipment does not work and no one plans on fixing it. Honking to pull in and park a car is ancient and sometimes it would take a while for someone to buzz it open. No restaurant. swimming pool was dirty :-(. Difficult to catch a Taxi sometime, required some walk to nearest supermarket, the wifi internet was very slow and week connection, sometime was losing the signal. There was a problem with towels, even one day they did not have a clean towel, they took the old one and left me without towel for full day! Bad sound insulation, sometimes it was noisy there. Kind of neglet. No complimentary water. Utensils incomplete in the apartment. Promised free wifi did not work. Swimming pool was unusable. Front desk tacky. hard to find-must have a car, surrendering your passport/ID, elevator is good for two, etc. No free wifi, buy at avery high price, having to use a worn out towels the necessary machine at the gym not working. The room photo displayed on the website didn't correspond to the real facilities of the room we were provided later, for instance crockery, cutlery, etc. Accordingly, the room was in first floor and very stuffy, no free air and very dark. Staff was really harsh in behavior, i couldn't believe that they closed the Swimming pool at 6pm in the Eve itself, The receptionist Philipino guy was so stringent about everything, as if he is doing us a favor to let us stay in this hotel. Pool was not open at the slotted time. Fire alarm. no facility for in house food not value for money WIFI FACILITY VERY EXPENSIVE. Bad check in - all seemed too much effort to staff and attitude was bad. Bad directions to get to hotel. First room had awful smell, however they are obviously used to this as the bell boy had a handful of room keys with him! Bed did not look clean and had a lot of hairs over it.. Not very homely feeling with the layout of room. every thingd its not good. Every thing. AC was not working good there was something wrong with fire alarm system , it was ringing during sleeping time. The room was in need of refurbishment ...paint work and upholstery was dirty. The sheets did not fit the beds. The drain in the second bathroom was blocked which resulted in a flooded floor.Several lights were not working. The kitchen was very under-equipped.There were no glasses and only 3 items of cutlery - 2 forks and one knife (no spoons at all). The traffic from the road was noisy at night.It was overpriced given the lack of facilities. everything were sucks. I am not prefer to stay there again and also not suggesting anybody. I have been staying in hotels for last 13 yrs regularly, Absolutely, stinking corridors, dirty and bad bed linen, cock roaches in room, wash rooms dirty, carpet badly stained, sofas badly stained,Kitchen dirty. I will never recommend anyone to stay in this property.Not even a bottle of water to drink. Very lousy staff, poor attention to guests. In short........RUBBISH Property. It is located in the middle of nowhere. The room had kitchen appliances but a refrigerator; it had ironing board but no iron. Overall, it did not meet expectation. No services, its like haunted home bathroom Washbasin was broken, Powder Bathroom in 1 BHK has no Electric Power available. Intercom not working..... It not advisable for small trip traveller It seems people are occupying hotel for long term stay. Worst hotel ever i seen No praparation at all No service at all Washing mechine, cooking range, kitchen applieances not at all faciliated. only on request. Disturbing at mid night shower not working properly, wash basin drain choked, very old carpet open area-Stain on carpet. The worst hotel ever in Dubai. They don't even know how to prepare an invoice after check out. They do not help for call Taxi. The location is not good for call Taxi, you have to walk to main road and it takes 20 min. We have baby and asked them to call Taxi many times. But they don'T. Rooms are not clean. They clean if you call them. I wish not to stay in that hotel. There is many hotel options in Dubai. It's very dirty hotel and I have seen a Cockroach walking in side the room.
