  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Quite close to both Dubai and Sharjah airports by taxi, and the latter is great for low-cost fares on Air Arabia to make short trips to other cities like Doha and Muscat. I would highly recommend this hotel to budget- conscious travellers looking for an alternative to the somewhat overpriced - I stayed in a single room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Check in and checkout was easy and fast. Reception staffs were professional. The hotel is within walking distance from a big mall and the area is full of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties.

  good location and staff are so kind and helpful - Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment Room 302 which was nice and clean. Bathroom was spacious and enjoyed the water pressure in the shower taps .   The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The WiFi is excellent but not free (35 AED a day). The hotel offers room services such as breakfast, laundry. The apartment is clean and comfortable - It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful.
