Friendly staff specially the reception team, the assistant manager (Nader) was responding personally to all guests requests.
Also all observations were addressed in exceptionally quick way compared to other even 5 stars hotels.
I also liked the access granted to the Beach resort.
Overall I am quite satisfied for getting value for my money. -

Overall a very nice hotel to stay in. Top marks go to the reception staff, who always make an effort to offer a warn welcome , :)

I liked the room size. The most important thing I liked is that there is no liquor served in that hotel and it does not have a night club. It is a perfect match for a family and easily accessible to the shopping areas. It is a value for money.

I found the hotel to be great value for money. Our check-in only took mere minutes and we were shown to our room. The room was clean and tidy. Mini fridge however is empty (i prefer it that way) but for those that prefer the fridge to be filled need to notify the hotel on booking. The beach is a walking distance and even in the heat of summer, not to bad for a walk. There are however carts that can drop you off from reception to the beach. This hotel is situated in front of the RAK creek with nice views. Very clean and comfortable hotel The front desk staff Khaled and Harat were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a executive suite. The hotel offers the facilities of the other two hotels Beach Hotel and the Beach Resort Hotel (private beaches, pools and facilities thereon) free of charge. We visited both resorts and really had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

Minar Mall is across the road which is basically the only real available mall in RAK. Then its the RAK free trade zone which is a few streets away. If you are on a business trip and would like to save money as well then I recommend this hotel. - Good buffet in the evening. Great view from rooftop restaurant.
