  All the staff I met were professional, polite, and friendly. They made my stay very enjoyable. The location was very close to where I needed to be for business. The location is good especially if you have a car; free parking, a next door relatively big grocery store, spacious rooms, friendly staff, free internet (cable net in the room, WiFi in the lobby), very clean, cleaning service of the room was every day; they change the towels, bed sheets, and they do the dishes. I recommended to car owners. it is quiet, no bars - -Location is quite, near to metro station (Dubai Free zone station). -Freindly Staff. -We arrived early before several hours of the check-in time, they immediately make the check in process and give the key. -Kitchen was well equipped, you can prepare your meals very easy. -Room service is available even after 5:00 pm. -Fast Cable interenet , wireless only at lobby. -I do recommed it for families.

  It was nicely furnished (modern style) large and very confortable. We stayed in a two bedroom that had balcony, green room, multiple A/C control. It was a great hotel with great service and nice clean rooms. - There wasn't anything we didn't like at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments. It was just a pity we were only staying one night.
