  The all english-speaking staff are all incredibly, professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is in a great location. The pool with the waterfall is lovely. The gardens are green and lush. The rooms are very nice and the tea and coffee making facilities are great considering this is not the norm in UAE hotels. We reserved a junior suite, and when we got to our room, it was a master suite, for the same price. The room service was great, and they got there very quickly. Helped us a lot and when we had problem with taxi service he apologized even though it wasn't his problem. This guy should get a raise. He works really hard :)
