  The Staff were extremely helpful. They did their best in fulfiling my requests for speciifc tours etc. Very friendly outlook, always serving with a smile. The Hotel itself is very centrally located, short walk or taxi ride to most things. Very clean Hotel. Good English speaking receptionists as well which was good for us. I don't think we could have got anywhere more central. Just perfect. Thankyou.

  I enjoyed my stay and found it easy to get on with the staff who on the whole were very helpful.My Russian language is shocking but the staff helped with my needs - Really nice and supportive stuff. Nice view from the window (I had a room in the 10th floor and saw all the city and as well the see).

  I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!! Really wonderful and so helpful girl - she made the stay really pleasant and easy for me. Nothing was too much to ask!!! Thank you so much Vera for a wonder... 别人怎么说 » ful experience!!! Rooms were comfortable and well presented. Access to main parts of Odessa was very easy and very central, especially to the main str - -perfect location, in the center, one minute from Deribasovskaya street; -very kind and helpful staff; -beautiful room, with nice small kitchen, large bathroom, very clean; -breakfast was ok brought to the room.

  Nice separate parking with surveillance under a roof - good for motorcycles. Location in a seemingly quiet and clean neighborhood. - Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, worth its price.
