  The Staff were extremely helpful. They did their best in fulfiling my requests for speciifc tours etc. Very friendly outlook, always serving with a smile.   I enjoyed my stay and found it easy to get on with the staff who on the whole were very helpful.My Russian language is shocking but the staff helped with my needs - Really nice and supportive stuff. Nice view from the window (I had a room in the 10th floor and saw all the city and as well the see).

  I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!! Rooms were comfortable and well presented. Access to main parts of Odessa was very easy and very central, especially to the main str - -perfect location, in the center, one minute from Deribasovskaya street; -very kind and helpful staff; -beautiful room, with nice small kitchen, large bathroom, very clean; -breakfast was ok brought to the room.

  Nice separate parking with surveillance under a roof - good for motorcycles. Location in a seemingly quiet and clean neighborhood. - Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, worth its price.

  Olyesa and Viktoria was excellent receptionist. They helped me a lot and communicated with me with such friendlyness, poltieness and excellent communication skills. If I had a problem they helped me(Taxi, busses, sightseeing etc) I will stay at Maranero again. I will recommend it to everyone I know. The staff gets 5 stars, the reception, cleaning ... 别人怎么说 » staff in the evening and day. They will go out of their way to help. I appreciate this the most and this made my stay so wonderful. I can not find any - Very clean hotel, everything looks new, bright and cheerful - including the friendly and welcoming personnel, which was very helpful (thanks, Veronica!). Not far from city center (some 3 km/2 miles) and the private parking is a major asset, adding up to the strong wifi signal. A great example of transforming an old industrial building into a modern place. P.S.: Oh, would have enjoyed a chair in the smoking area :) (which is on the roof).
