  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... 别人怎么说 » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff.   We have recently stayed in this hotel with my wife! We were checked-in into one of the renovated rooms, which we found very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and have helped us with booking city tours. This hotel is in the heart of the city, so all main attractions were within walking distance. For the last year this hotel got to the point when I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Lviv.
