  On arrival we were welcomed very warm by parking and reception staff, the young male receptionist speaking Polish informed us about every detail of our stay and replied exactly to our questions, they even opened restaurant for us despite it was very late. The other staff incl. receptionists were also very nice and helpful (no problem to book a tab... wat mensen zeggen » le in Lviv's restaurants, call for taxi etc.). Great location ca 3-5 min. to Main Square (safe area to walk). Parking on street in front of hotel, the - A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. I will surely come back when in Lviv next time. Greetings from Kraków :-)

  The food was delicious. The Chef does a very good job. The staff is well-trained and strive always to be helpful. The view from the dining room is beautiful, especially in the morning. We enjoyed using the smoking lounge at night to relax after a long day and smoke hookah. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the hotel. Staff - the best I have ever met in Ukrainian hotels. Very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant with great view of old city. Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast at 8am, they opened the restaurant at 7am, as we had to leave earlier.

  The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated. The restaurant was very good, the staff was exceptional, Igor was the waiter for 4 of the days we where there and looked after us with 5 star service. We stayed for four nights, and felt as if we were at home! I can honestly say that it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Safe in room - larger to accept a laptop would be useful. Close to all public transport.

  We have recently stayed in this hotel with my wife! We were checked-in into one of the renovated rooms, which we found very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and have helped us with booking city tours. This hotel is in the heart of the city, so all main attractions were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the resta... wat mensen zeggen » urant attached to this hotel, the food was delicious, so we ended up not only having breakfast there, but also dinner. - That was my second stay at the Wien Hotel and I was very pleased with what I got for the money I paid. For the last year this hotel got to the point when I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Lviv. Other than great location, in the middle of the city, it has new carpet, plasma TV, high speed Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast and cozy dinner with romantic music at the restaurant. Plus I've got a 20% discount!
