But the staff is 5 star...The internet is quick, more than enough channels on tv and my room was cleane - All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.
