Really wonderful hotel! Very new and very clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are ordinary for three star hotel, but made with love to the guest and with the idea, that somebody will live there. Enough sockets in proper places, enough lights there where you need it, enough place for everything in room and bathroom. Comfortable and handy shower, windows, bed, good TV, wifi and air-conditioner. Hotel's not so far from city center in fact, about 20 min. from the end of Andriyivsky.

It is perfect – air conditioning, super cool bathroom, strongbox for documents, friendly people at reception (in the night we had some party downstairs and they provided us glasses and good chairs). The hotel is new, very clean and quite. The Staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. Rooms are equipped with all necessary things, like air-conditioner, TV, wi-fi, etc. I loved the hotel. Loved the hotel and staff. Easy access to Kiev, the metro station is 500 meters away. It is worth the money. Очень приятный персонал, чистые приятные номера, наличие фена и 200 кабельных каналов. Nice room, adequate breakfast, helpful staff, proximity to the metro station. Hotel is very clean, looks very new, personnel very friendly. Breakfast could be an hour earlier, and it should be more fresh fruit and vegetable instead of hot dishes - for my taste. The only issue is the location of the hotel. It is located at the old factory territory and there is big contrast between this modern hotel and the surroundings. Though the location is still very practical, as far as it is close to Taras Shevchenko Metro station. Breakfast is necessary to add fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel is in an industrial neighborhood; so due to external roadworks and crummy surroundings the area is still depressed. Poor,poor,the poorest breakfast ever!We found almost nothing to eat at 8.30 in the morning...they never refilled the buffet,ham and cheese an unknown word for them...they preauthorised the credit card in advance though we had asked them not to... Far from the city. Industrial buildings are to close breakfast. The only thing we did not like is the look outside of the hotel, there are some weird construction going on, or maybe even an abandoned factory, but the rest was super nice :). The bedroom is a little too small for two. no complaints at all. industrial area around hotel. The senior administrator is not flexible, any change will be hard to solve;. Hotel is located in a scruffy industrial area. the room we had was quite small, the location of the hotel is in an area with old factories. Metro is close by. but there are no sightseeing places to visit by foot.
