  We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was easy to find, had excellent parking. the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very spacious with a double bed and single bed in. It was clean and well stocked with tea, coffees and biscuits, also well equipped with a TV and hairdryer.   We were an extended family of six adults , a young child + two toddlers. The hotel was very clean , extremely comfortable beds with nice baby cots + all set up waiting for us when we arrived. The adjoining pub/restaurant was very child friendly with good food. The location is superb. The staff at the hotel and the adjoining Brewers fayre were friendly and customer service was excellent! The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were really good, with kids eating free - which was great!

  The breakfast was very good, the parking although limited I was pleased to have a parking space and not have to worry. The water bottles on the landings and outside our room was 1st class. overall very good. - Easy access to shops,beach etc. Very friendly atmoshere, cleanliness of hotel, excellent food and very obliging staff.
