  We were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was easy to find, had excellent parking. the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very spacious with a double bed and single bed in. It was clean and well stocked with tea, coffees and biscuits, also well equipped with a TV and hairdryer.   Good location near the town and beach. Stayed 3 nights and although in a residential area it was quiet every night. Good breakfast and extra's e.g. cereals, yoghurts, fruit and offered as much toast as we wanted. The owner was lovely and had a good balance of being helpful, without being overpowering. Would recommend this as a good place to stay. - The best thing about Philbeach Hotel was it felt like being at home. The deocr was not dated it was very modern without it being stuffy which is a big bonus when staying at a hotel, you want to feel comfortable and able to relax it did just that. The breakfast is made on request and was very nice, i had two young children with me and they were both accomodated for which is rare. Very satisfied cusomer.

  The breakfast was very good, the parking although limited I was pleased to have a parking space and not have to worry.
