  We found Jo and Allan to be very hospitable and helpful, the rooms and en-suites were clean and there was a nice quiet sunroom/conservatory which was conducive to a relaxing read. The B&B has lovely compact rooms with suited us for a weekend holiday from the kids. The cooked breakfast was beautiful.   Central seafront location, good food, ( we only stayed b&b though), quiet at night despite location. Caters for ( but not exclusively for) the partially- sighted, but all were made very welcome. Free parking on site, and very helpful and friendly staff. Brill! Its not a place that would suit a young - My stay was peaceful comfortable and a total pleasure. All staff are very friendly and the hotel has real character. My room was clean and the bathroom was lovely and breakfast was good. The location is perfect and the hotel is clearly a gem for those short breaks and even long stays. Just remember this is a 3 star real hotel with a 5 star staff who are really what makes this place such a pleasure to stay at. I look forward to going back again and again and strongly suggest you try this lovely
