made to feel welcome.comfortable and clean rooms.a good english breakfast with plenty of coffee or tea. free on site parking and the grove is just a short walk from the sea front. no access restrictions which was lovely. Easy access to beech, town and a very nice park. Only 5 bedrooms so more personal than larger B & B's. The owners were a very nice friendly/helpful couple. Will go again when in Weston.

Great location. Lovely homely atmosphere, clean and cosy. Free Wi-fi with good speed. Tasty full english breakfast + yoghurts and cereals. Nice and friendly owners. Although small, our room was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Super breakfast. Location convenient for town centre, beaches and Winter Gardens. Location excellent for theatre, town & beach. Warm welcome, clean throughout and an excellent breakfast. Value for money in difficult times. The owner was a fantastic host, very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and tidy with everything you need including Wi-Fi bargain. A very enjoyable weekend, at a lovely guest house. Rooms are superb, and the staff very friendly, would highly recommend this location. The owners, Martin and Anne are very lovely people. Great to talk to Recommends lots of places to eat with a small discount. We picked grove lodge for parking and close to all amenities.we will stay there again they could not do enough for us. Breakfast. the fact we had the room from 11:00 am. Comfortable bed. Nothing I didn't really like...but only one negative i can think of is my mother who is eighty had a few steep stairs to cope with to our room but she managed. There was nothing to dislike. Because of its location it can be a bit noisy at night. Nothing. nothing everything was spot on!. the fact we had to leave, we were enjoying the break that much!. Kettle you had to unplug it and take it all to the tap to fill up if someone got the plug wet well say no more. Bathroom was clean but did find a few hairs lying about. Not my kind of town. The duvet was very thick and heavy, should be light and thin. i cannot think of anything that we did not like. If you have ha car there is very limited parking, but we were lucky and able to get a spot. bathroom very small. Shower was not brilliant. The only downfall was the noise from the pubs and drunken young people but then again you will get that anywhere. small ensuite, no clock in room. A bit too close to the Bars. Appreciate this may only happen at weekends. Trying to find the location not knowing the district. nothing. No negative points. nothing! all good. Rain. Shower was difficult to use. Location can be noisy due to local bars etc. wasnt anything. nothing. Breakfast only served at one time 9.00, showers no baths. outside noise. Near to noisey bar area. Disturbance at night. Smell of gloss paint Weak mattress Feeble shower. the noise , the location , the breakfast. Soap dispensers in bathroom reminiscent of public lavatories and nowhere in shower to put shampoo etc. Also found breakfast on the mean side.
