We were on our second visit to the Normandie and were delighted that we had the same room, after eating out in other locations we promised ourselves we would stay and eat at the Normandie next time......got that right, excellent and good value for money, also excellent choice of drinks. Definitely will return.
I was very impressed with the location, cleanliness, and layout of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. The food was hot and well presented and I would stay and recommend to stay there again.所有 评语 »

I love TEnby and enjoyed my stay.
everything in easy reach.
great location.
Town centre location and proximity to harbour and beach. Pavement appeal.
No negatives.
Food was slow to be served both at pub meal in the evening when our
friends had to wait the entire length of us eating our food for their
food to be served, even though they were served first and in the mornin
for breakfast where it took a while to ask what we wanted although we
were the only ones in the dining area.
Lack of parking, but multi story car park with cctv only round the
corner and motorcycles are free. Shower/bath only got hot for about
10 seconds then back to almost luke warm.
The street noise up to 3am on weekend nights. After eating evening meal told our table was reserved for another party after ther was no room else to sit we had to go elsewhere when we didn't want to leave. The waitress didn't care we were guests.
church bells at all hours of the night.
senior staff did not come across very friendly young girl was very helpfull (emma).
Poor breakfast, surly staff, no maid service, rubbish not removed until third day. Loud revelry in bar and courtyard up to 1am each night. No replies to email enquiries. No parking and access to multistorey carpark very problematic.
we stayed one night after intending to stay 3 nights. very very dirty room, and i mean dirty.bathroom ceiling was flaking with paint all over.carpets stained, filthy doors etc.we didnt even stay for breakfast, only stayed the night as had been travelling and was late checking in.
