everything was excellent can't fault anything. Easy acess to tenby town in car or walking.The food was excellent menu changed every day. The staff made you feel welcome, and their attention to our needs couldnot be faulted. everyone was very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious. We liked our room in the annexe. It was spacious and comfortable.General level of service and excellent food.

The superior room we booked was big and had a nice garden view. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The personnel was really nice and the service was at a high level.Location of hotel was within walking distance of town (in flat shoes, approx 15 minutes) but far enough away to make sure of peace and quiet. The quality of the meals and the menu selection was excelent.The quality of the food. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Friendly, helpful staff; pleasant setting and furnishings. A more up to date TV would have been appreciated but this was just a small matter.noise from something like a generator early in morning. a bit too much noise from the adjejent hotel due to a marquee and wedding on that weekend. bedroom too cold to sit in, fine when in bed but daytime temp too low. about 1 mile from town not 10 mins. walk. Our room was over the kitchens, which whilst not excessively noisy did inpact slightly. The temperature of the shower was impossible to regulate. This was pointed out to them.Terrible music in the dining room. The bed had seen better days. The room was rather warm at night and the bed was uncomfortably soft. Longer breakfast times. We were disappointed with our room which did not live up to expectations as a "superior " room.The room was small ,the bed was normal double bed size .The shower was in a very constricted area over the bath(and was faulty ) which the management tried to fix.The manager very fairly knocked the drinks bill of our bill ,which we appreciated. The room was very cold!. Being told on arrival that had half an hour to decide whether would have dinner in the hotel. The smoke detector in the room emitted a flashing light to indicate it was working. This was a problem at night causing disturbed sleep.Showe in room was unsafe - was very difficult to get right temperature of water - there was no rubber mat in bath to stop you slipping when taking shower - bed in room was extremely soft and was very uncomfortable for my husband to sleep on. The hotel was very dated and the room was small but comfortable.room was below expectation in cleanliness , no complimentary biscuits in room also very restricted to times to eat in the evening would have preferred to eat later than 7.30.
