  It was immaculate and the owner could not have done enough for us. We had a pet collie with us and this was not a problem at all and we occupied the ground floor accomodation. The hotel has wireless internet, which was good. The location is very good, close to the seafront on the North Bay with a nice restaurant close by, and the cinema. Breakfast was superb and well organised. Not many places cater for us vegetarians but they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Good location, easy to get to all places, ideal for anyone attending open-air concerts or just to have a relaxing walk around Peasholme Park.   What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. From the lovely warm welcome and delicious homemade scone to the lovely clean and nicely decorated room and extremely comfy bed. Garry did everything he could to - The staff were extremely helpful to me and my small children. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the children feel special over and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and well presented and excellent value for money. Being a single parent with two small children I find that most hotels leave us to our own devices which can be a little daunting. Gary was very helpful and totally understood the need to accommodate needs of guests like myself.
