  It was immaculate and the owner could not have done enough for us. We had a pet collie with us and this was not a problem at all and we occupied the ground floor accomodation.   What a find! I can honestly say this is one of the nicest b&b's we have every stayed in. From the lovely warm welcome and delicious homemade scone to the lovely clean and nicely decorated room and extremely comfy bed. The owners could not do enough for us and made our stay very pleasant and little chihuahua was made most welcome too. The breakfast was very nice with a vast choice of fresh fruits and cereals followed by a delicious cooked breakfast served by john, the friendliest host we have ever met.   Lovely warm welcome. We appreciated the help with our luggage to our room (elderly couple). Soon we were offered refreshment in front garden. Garry did everything he could to - The staff were extremely helpful to me and my small children. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the children feel special over and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was clean and well presented and excellent value for money. Being a single parent with two small children I find that most hotels leave us to our own devices which can be a little daunting. Gary was very helpful and totally understood the need to accommodate needs of guests like myself.
