  From the moment we stepped into the hotel the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The room, although small was adequate and spotless. We booked Bed and Breakfast but after sampling their Jazz evening meal decided to book for another evening and were not dissapointed. Food is excellent and the bar brasserie is a nice place for an afternoon coffee or evening drink. Sandwich is quaint and full if history, nice to go somewhere which is untouched by commercial businesses, there is not a fast foid or pound shop in sight!

  It was just perfect. I nice basic room in the countryside with very friendly staff. Would visit again when the sunshine is back! - Real ales in bar. Good home-cooked meals, imaginative menu. Lovely village setting.
