  As a lone female traveller I can sometimes feel a little uneasy in new places, but the staff were amazing! So friendly I instantly felt quite relaxed and at home there, very helpful and more than willing to put themselves out for you! I cannot praise them highly enough! I will definitely stay there again, and would happily recommend - Clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Had plenty of pillows and you didn't have to ask for extras. Motel style a little different to what we are used to but at least it was quiet (no corridor doors slamming in the night).

Also ideal for shopping in Birmingham which is only 10mins away by train. Although there's no bar there is a bar next door in the ibis hotel. And to top it off the price was excellent
