Great breakfast, location ( walking distance to Villa Park), friendly receptionist/waitress, price! We were able to leave the car parked the day we left at a price of 3 pounds instead of taking car to Villa Park. The room and bed were clean , as was the shower and toilet. This is what counts when you want a bed for the night!!!!. The Park Hotel was easy to find, had good parking, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the full cooked breakfast was excellent. Our stay was also very good value for money in this location.
