  It was very reasonably priced, especially considering everything that was included. The location was great - only a 5-10 min drive to the airport, and very close to Horley train station. A driver picked me up from the station upon arrival, and the hotel ordered and paid for a taxi to take us to Gatwick airport.   I love how the staff are so friendly and accomodating. They always carry your luggage to and from your room no matter what time it is. The rooms are always well presented and have all the amenities (ironing board, bottles of water, sky tv, iPod docker, free wi fi).   The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke.   The blonde girl serving on the bar was fantastic, very helpful and looked like she actually enjoyed her work. The fact she is gorgeous as well is just a bonus! - Hotel receptionists very helpful. Great to have frequent bus transfer to the terminals and rail station.

  There were 10 of us; grandparents, parents and children; going to Lapland for the day. We were made very welcome on arrival, had a lovely meal and, thankfully, got out of bed with our early calls. The bus shuttle, both ways, was a most valuable belssing. - The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our evening meal in the Restaurant. Flew down from Scotland and stayed at Hotel before leaving Gatwick for Barbados the following morning. Had a very good night's sleep and felt relaxed before travelling. The complementary shuttle service to the airport was much appreciated. Have used the Hotel for this purpose before and will use again in future. Would recommend this Hotel
