The atmosphere was really friendly and the staff made you feel very welcome. The food was very good and the service was first class. The only point was that our room was quite a distance from the front door and as my husband was a smoker, he had quite a long way to go for a smoke. I would most certainly use this hotel when travelling again. The Premiier Inn was excellent and great value for money. I will definately stay there again and will recommend it to all my friends. It was good to have the seperate bar area where we could relax and read a paper after a long flight and the little library was a great idea too.
所有评语 » Helpful friendly and efficient staff especially in restaurant where I had an excellent steak meal, very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good security with keycard for stairs & lift, as I was a lone female traveller. Less than 10 mins walk to North terminal. Very busy airport and very busy hotel but staff were extremely efficient and made my stay very comfortable and effortless. Food was delicious and room comfortable. Check in and check out very easy with shuttle bus arriving exactly on time.This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and was near and easy to get to from the airport, via shuttle bus. We will definately use the hotel again. Location was excellent and bus service made our journey between the hotel and the terminal building very easy. I was also pleasantly surprised by the value for money and quality of the food in the hotel restaurant.I liked that the hotel was very close to the north terminalgatwick,shuttle bus every few minutes.the reception staff very helpfulland the restaurant very good menu for adults and children.very goodvalue for money. conmfort and amenities were of good standard and the staff were very friendly. the breakfast was also very good value for money. the location was excellent with only a five minute walk to the terminal.How close it was to the airport. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. All in all, it was a great experience. We needed to stay the night between flights and it was very convenient. The proximity to the airport was an advantage and the convenience of the transfer bus. I must say that I have never met such efficient and friendy staff both at reception and coach drivers.We were tired having travelled from Canterbury by train and by bus from Gatwick. The cheerful staff at the desk and the peacefulness of our room were most welcome. The pillows were excellent, will get in touch with hotel to find out where they got them from so i can buy some. Hotel and room nice and warm, food excellent.We only stayed overnight but the room and quality of service was excellent. No airport noise at night. 10 min walking distance to North Terminal. Reception area perhaps a bit small for more than 4 travellers at once with lots of luggage and too close to lift/stairs leading to congestion. it would be of benefit to know prior to stay that the bus service is four pounds for a two minute ride to the hotel, which you can easily walk to even with your luggage.The shuttle bus to and from the hotel is a little pricey in my opinion. Considering how close it is (but not within walking distance) the bus should be free. But I'm not even sure if the hotel can do anything about that. In general, Premier's family rooms could do with an extra duvet and pillow to hand. Parking charges.I think the staff were exceptional. Their customer service skills were the best I've encountered in a hotel in many years. Extractor fan in bathroom took around 30 minutes to stop after light switched off which was not good for night-time visits to the loo.the trnsfer bus should be every 10 minutes... We found it a bit noisy - the room above us was being cleaned so didn't really get as much sleep as we had hoped. No I have no complaints at all for the one night we stayed there. the room above were rather nosiy, banging around until 1am. Would have appreciated more info on where to catch the shuttle bus upon our return. ie, coach stop 12. Charge for shuttle service. We were not notified of the road closure outside the hotel and thediversion signs were very confusing resulting in us taking an extrahalf hour to reach you once we came off the m23 instead ofapproximately five minutes.
