  My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting. The hotel has an ideal location just 5 mins from the train station and 2 mins from the shopping centre.   Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location.   Really nice hotel and the food in the resturant across the carpark was excellent. Free wifi is handy too.   Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.
