  We had a fantastic stay here and will definitely return. The hotel was clean, staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Friday night karaoke topped off a fantastic stay.   If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  I always choose an apartment over a hotel when travelling with work, and I've learned to accept that they vary enormously in quality and value for money. This apartment was quite simply the best of both. Tim was very friendly and happy to help. He provided us with all details we needed key, WiFi code, and offered us a map of local area. It was a nice touch to see that there was milk, a few of cans of coke, sparkling and still water, mini bottle of wine and a beer in the fridge.   Lovely welcome. Owners were very friendly but not intrusive. As birdwatchers we were delighted by proximity to Snettisham. When we asked advice about where to get an evening meal we were pleased with choice offered and enjoyed a decent pub meal in the village.   Myself and my boyfriend stayed here to allow us to be within reasonable distance to the North Norfolk coastline. 20 minutes from Wells-next-the-sea and 20 minutes from Hunstanton it turned out be in the perfect location.
