  Gina, the receptionist on duty Friday evening, 5 April 2013, was phenominal. She should be highly commended for her excellent representation of the Premier Inn. My daughter lost her handbag, and Gina spent hours attempting to locate someone within the train systems that could locate it. For that alone, I would return to the Premier Inn and highly recommend it to other travelers. Whatever G - We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast.   First impressions count!!!When we walked down to our room the corrider area was so fresh not stale like so many places. Likewise in the room. Staff very helpful. Both of us slept like a log . I was trading at the Abergavenny Food Festival and Hazel gave me a flask of tea as she knew how busy we'd be which was a lovely gesture. She also allowed me to store some things in her fridge!   Stayed here while on a leisure cycle through the Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons. Unfortunately, woke up to stair-rod torrential rain; 25 mph winds; and a forecast saying it was set for the rest of the day. And this for folk stopping just one night and unlikely to be in Monmouth overnight again. It came on top of friendly and - We had a great welcome from Sandra when we arrived after a 60 mile bike ride "would you like a cup of tea?" Would we ever! Our room was perfect, the location was ideal and the breakfast was first rate. In short, everything you could want in a family B&B at a great price. I would go back tomorrow.

We used the pool and surrounding patio area and found the whole experience very relaxing after a days shopping in Cardiff.
