  Gina, the receptionist on duty Friday evening, 5 April 2013, was phenominal. She should be highly commended for her excellent representation of the Premier Inn. My daughter lost her handbag, and Gina spent hours attempting to locate someone within the train systems that could locate it. For that alone, I would return to the Premier Inn and highly recommend it to other travelers. Whatever G - We have stayed at this Premier Inn before and are pleased that it has maintained it's standards. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A good nights sleep, the beds are so comfortable! The Brewer Fayre Pub next door provided excellent food for meals and breakfast. The "Inn" won hands down. I shall not mention which hotel in Cardiff but yourselves know as we booked it through - There was a mix with the booking. We booked a twin room, but when I phoned the day before to check our book I was told that a twin wasn't available and it would be a double, which was more than a little inconvenient. However, the hotel rang back to see they would be able to put a Z bed up for my teenage son. They agreed a free bottle of wine and there were also a complimentary round of drinks at the bar.   Had a good weekend away.. very comfortable surroundings and Joy and John and Jack were very welcoming and accomodating.   This used to be a Travelodge and having stayed at a number of those I was surprised at how different this place was, the refurbishment has been done to a high standard. The towels are gorgeous and there is the added bonus of having toiletries. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept all through the night for the first time in ages. In a very convenient position for access to the main road, with other eating facilities and fuel station within walking distance. If we are ever needing accomodation close to this area again we certainly wont bother looking for any further than this super Best

We used the pool and surrounding patio area and found the whole experience very relaxing after a days shopping in Cardiff.
