  Friendly staff. Food excellent. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Near to all amenities, harbour, shopping centre - The Staff were helpful and friendly.The breakfast Ulster Fry was fantastic.

  We enjoyed our weeks stay at Down Royal House. It was very clean. The owners were very helpful with things to do and how to get around the city. Fresh cooked breakfast every morning was delicious!!   the staff could'nt have been more friendlier they were excellent. - I rang the owner to advise that we would be booking in later than expected and he arranged to collect us from the train station.
