I found my four night stay there one of the most pleasant short breaks that I have taken in a long time. Everything was perfect.

  The kind hospitable couple that run the guest house.   We had a great stay at the Duke of Cornwall. The rooms were lovely. We had a seperate toilet but that didn't cause any problems. After my mum became ill and had to go to hospital Debbie and Karen couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was good. We weren't so keen on the location but it was great to get to the Eden Project and Lost Gardens ... 别人怎么说 » of Heligan. The 'beer garden' was absolutely gorgeous. Debbie and Karen are keen gardeners and have created a beautiful space outside to sit and enjoy - Enjoyed the friendly relaxed staff & local character customers who add to the authentic feel of this well organised business. Both the tenants share the cooking two very charming ladies, who are eager and have a large menu choice. Use of local ingredient's such as Beef that is hung before use , great flavour. Large portions. Room was clean and great value good quality bed linen and a mattress for the price it was value for money. Well kept garden area.

  The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing.   Me and my family stayed in a family room which had ample room and space for clothes and 3 of us. My daughter loved the freeview flat screen tv, and we all thought the staff were vary nice and polite.
