  The proprietors Hugo and Pippa are truly wonderful hosts, make you feel very special and Woodlands is quite the best hotel we have stayed in - not posh or snooty but really comfortable and welcoming. Guest are pampered with every facility you could wish for - even including a great selection of Teddys to take to bed! Superb views over countryside to the sea from our room. Pippa was very helpful explaining the local restaurants in Padstow and the surrounding area. We had a great time and sad that it wasn't longer. We look forward to returning soon.

  It was a lovely interesting house set in a beautiful flower filled rambling garden which guests are invited to explore. My room was bright and cheery with fresh flowers, a comfy bed and everything I needed.
